Volunteer Roles
The RRC is run entirely by volunteers. We need people to play a variety of roles. These include:
Performers who are ready to sing, play percussion, and project love and strength.
Song Leaders/Conductors who run rehearsals, select songs for events, interact with event organizers, and lead the choir (e.g., set the key, keep tempo).
Marshals who monitor the situation at events to make sure everyone stays safe, de-escalate conflicts, and communicate with other security at events.
Media Liaisons who communicate with news outlets and give interviews.
Event Managers who monitor local events and identify opportunities for RRC performances, contact event organizers, ascertain availability of RRC members, and communicate on logistics.
Planners who develop RRC policy and nurture its growth.
Web Team who keeps our website up to date.
Merch Manager who tracks and resupplies the inventory of RRC vests.
Growth Team to grow our choir into national chapters, and to recruit locally for our chapters
